| Collecting Since: | Childhood but lost collection and began again with my daughter in the mid 90's |
| How I Started Collecting: | My parents always got me a baby doll each Christmas and then I got hooked on Barbie, which then included Barbie and friends, clothing, house and you name it. Also, I remember when Christie came out, I was very excited to finally have a Barbie doll like me. But unfortunately as I got older and moved away , I found out later, my dolls were given to a younger family member, but I still have the memories. Luckily when my daughter was born I felt I had a reason to start collecting again for her & me, so we have been collecting ever since.... probably more me than her though!
